AI in HR Analytics: New Analytics Solutions at CogX 2018

The future is here, at least when it comes to Artificial Intelligence in HR analytics. Much of the current debates about AI seem to focus on a visionary future in which self-driving cars and smart robots will have completely transformed our personal and professional lives. But the reality is that AI is already being used to deliver HR solutions and assist businesses in their workforce management. This was demonstrated by a session on AI in HR analytics at the CogX in London, with over 7,500 participants one of the world’s largest events dedicated to AI.
